Berries


Berries especially raspberries, blackberries and strawberries like oranges have high amounts of vitamin C, which we know helps with collagen formation. These berries are also rich in anthocyanins and quercetin, which are known to reduce inflammation in the skin, keeping it looking evenly toned and radiant.

So when buying blueberries for your big fruit salad, don’t forget these other berries as well; and always eat the strawberry on your champagne glass - it will be just one more little thing to keep you looking young almost forever … don’t we wish
